Light skin - Testers reveal the secret!

I was recently recommended Dr. Andrew Puharich's "Lightening Skin with Vitamin C" by a customer, and read many of his comments on his blog. The product I purchased from Dr. Puharich is called "NanoPit", and it is available for purchase on his website for $59.95. The product claims to be an antioxidant for lighter skin. The only reason I didn't purchase it is because of its price. I am taking a multivitamin with vitamin E. In addition to the multivitamin, I am taking Vitamin D and vitamin C. When I do this, I like to do this every week or two for two weeks. After using this, I am noticing a change in my skin. Before, I would be bothered about the redness. After using the skin care products that I've just mentioned, my redness is gone. I don't use products that contain Vitamin E, Vitamin A, or B Vitamins. I am not taking any supplements. I have a few questions about the products I'm using: Do I have to do the same steps? What are the ingredients? I'm considering using some of the ingredients in this product, but I want to take it slow before I do it. I do plan to do some research before I start using this.
